In order to change a garment, you must request a refund/return and make a new purchase online.
If you would like to change items already received, you can return the goods by handing them to a messenger/courier we will send to your establishment. You must deliver the goods following the instructions in the "REFUNDS/RETURNS" section on our website. You must contact us via our request for returns so that we can arrange the pick up at your address. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Please note that if you decide to return the items with carriage due, we will be entitled to charge you the expenses we incur.

After checking the item we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund for the amount paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 15 days as of the date you notified us of your intention to cancel. The refund will be made using the same payment means that was used to pay for your purchase.
Products cannot be changed which are not in the same condition you received them, or which have been used as opposed to simply opening the product.
Garments purchased at Anjaragarcia.com can be exchanged for another size or colour, and in some cases we can even offer the option of changing them for another model if they are in perfect condition and we have stock in the store.
How long is there to make the change?
The deadline for any return is 30 days as of the date you receive the order.
