Anjara Garcia Shanghai Showroom Grand Opening!
The Spanish designer has renovated a 150 square meter space at the 800Show Creative Complex.
Located in central Jing ‘an district, this complex was inaugurated in September 2009 and has been quickly becoming the leading creative hub of the city. Old town factories and villas have been restored and converted into design studios, bars and restaurants with roof top terraces.
In the heart of the 800Show is a large 120-meter long production hall renovated to host art exhibits and fashion events. One out of the two editions of Shanghai Fashion Week takes place at this hall and for the Expo 2010 Shanghai, it was chosen by the Netherlands Culture Foundation as a branch of their pavilion.
The result is a massive urban creative landmark that integrates old 1920´s architectural styles with more contemporary ones. Art Deco elements are exposed in some buildings and details such as tiles or wooden roof structures from past decades can be discovered.
The Spanish designer´s new showroom has preserved this visually stunning design spirit, maintaining the building´s large glass windows and adding new elements like washed rock floors and metallic netting on the walls.
As a novelty, all furniture and décor have been exclusively designed by Anjara Garcia and will soon be added to her lines, presenting us with a brand that is not only women’s fashion and has grown into a well rounded Life Style Brand. Designs created for a way of life that respects nature, warmth and day-to-day comfort, always with a sexy urban style.

2011年11月17日来自西班牙的设计师ANJARA GARCIA在位于上海的潮流之地800创意园区开启她在亚太区的第一个品牌展示厅。当晚所有的VIP以及时尚界，文艺界还有城中社交名流在音乐中享受了一个时尚之夜，见证了ANJARA GARCIA在中国的成功开幕，上海又迎来了一个世界级的设计师品牌。
ANJARA GARCIA是这位才华横溢的年轻设计师创立的同名独立品牌，ANJARA1980出生于西班牙的塞维利亚，20岁即获得FIB国际音乐节所举办MUSTANG CATWALK的最佳设计奖；2002年创立了属于自己的品牌，并在短短10年时间里将品牌扩展至德国、爱尔兰、美国、加拿大等欧美大国。如今ANJARA带着她的作品来到了中国，这是她事业崭新旅程的第一站，在巩固了品牌在欧美市场的占有率之后，ANJARA GARCIA品牌即将展开在亚洲的的扩展之路，而这个起点就在中国。
ANJARA GARCIA其独立设计师品牌向人们展示的是自然与女性美的结合，设计风格带有浓郁的地中海及西班牙设计灵感，展示独立自主的现代都会女性形象。独立不失女性婉约，坚强并喜爱冒险；还懂得享受并感谢生活赠予的一切。ANJARA GARCIA认为：“服饰不仅仅代表自我态度，更多的是需要学会感谢、享受生活带来的态度，自信和积极的面对挑战，使都市女性对所从事工作怀抱热情。
” 这位行业经验丰富的新生代设计师在中国工作生活达4年，她喜爱这里以及这里的文化，同时也遇到了很多帮助她拓展事业纽带和关系的朋友。而现在，在这里设立一个展示厅来让更多的人知道这个品牌，将美丽和享受生活的态度带给全世界的朋友将是最好的回报。
ANJARA始终把握时尚潮流，品牌产品融合流行文化、艺术及音乐元素。她的作品展现了女性的热爱生活和自由的态度，灵感来源于中国、西班牙以及美国。本次上海展示厅的设计和装潢均由ANJARA和她的团队完成，她亲自设计并监督工程的进行，从天花板的灯饰和墙壁的摆设以及地板的铺设，都经过了精心的设计。
而将来在中国以及亚太地区的每一家分店，都将会参照这个展示厅的模型来打造。
